Sorry to hear this news. I spoke to her last Feb 2020. We were coming back to Florida for a visit with my son. But we ended up not coming because of the pandemic. We were going to go see her while we were here. I first met Norm and Ramona shortly after they got here from Chicago. They owned a home out on Little Marco Island. Myself and a couple of friends helped to clean up the lot a bit and did some other work to get them settled. I remember Ramona being very cautious about us. But over the years we became pretty close friends. I moved away from Naples in 2002. I didn't speak to her much after that. But I did try to surprise her and stop to see her when we were in Naples. We still have a bread dish prominently displayed in our house that she gave us one Christmas. As I said, I'm sorry to hear this news.

My dear sweet Ramona will be dearly missed. She always had a smile and wanted to know what was going on in your life. Her generosity knew no bounds. She loved her family more than words can express and was happy to let you know how much she loved you and appreciated whatever you did for her. She left an impact on everyone she met. I know she left a very deep imprint in my heart. I love and miss you . Until we meet again. Love
Janis

We've know Ramona for about the last five years. I used to do handyman jobs for her and she was always so appreciative. Her smile was so electric and her mind was very sharp. We never got the chance to walk with her, but she would love to take short trips to shop or do errands in her wheelchair. We celebrated birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas with her and she just loved to decorate her house, especially for Christmas. It just so happened that her birthday was on the same day as my wife, Ellen, so we co-celebrated for the last couple years. She always loved a good joke and became familiar with Alexa to entertain her from time to time for some music and laughter, when no one else was around. She loved her family and friends and will be missed by many, and her spirit will remain in all of us. May God Bless you Ramona, and May you decorate Heaven with your beautiful soul.
